The short version

Danny is an AI assistant. Use it honestly, don't abuse it. We'll keep it running as best we can. That's the spirit of this agreement.

Who can use Danny

Danny is available to anyone 13 years of age or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What Danny is

Danny is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via the web (dannyai.io) and Telegram. He can hold conversations, remember things you share, and help you think through what's on your mind.

Danny is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Responses are generated by an AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on Danny for decisions that require professional expertise.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You may link multiple platforms (Google, Telegram) to one account
  • You may not share your account with others or use it on behalf of others without permission

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Danny to:

  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI system
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate requests in ways that overload the service
  • Impersonate other people or entities

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription and payments

Danny offers a free tier and a paid Personal plan. Payments are processed securely by Robokassa.

  • The Personal plan provides access for 30 calendar days after payment confirmation
  • To extend access, you make a new payment manually; automatic charges are not used
  • Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the Public Offer

Your content

What you share with Danny belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and do not claim ownership over your conversations or the information you share.

By using Danny, you grant us a limited license to process your messages through our AI systems to generate responses.

We do not use your private conversations to train AI models. Sending a message, tapping thumbs up/down, or submitting an ordinary product report is not training consent. Any future optional contribution program requires a separate, clear agreement describing its exact purpose and scope.

Availability

We aim to keep Danny available and reliable. However, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of Danny after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
