Personal work profile
New or selected customer chats only. Always exclude personal contacts.
Telegram Business · Early access
Connect Danny to a work Telegram profile so he can answer from your public business data, collect booking requests, and hand a conversation to a person when needed.
This is not a generally available autopilot. It requires Danny Pro or Enterprise, a separate Telegram connection, and explicit owner enablement after a second-account test. Telegram itself does not require Premium for the connection.
Use it as the customer. Do not begin with real customers or personal contacts.
In Telegram: Settings → Chat Automation. Older clients may show Telegram Business → Chatbots.
Connect @danny_core_ai_bot. Telegram permits one connected business bot per user account.
Select only the test chat first. Exclude contacts, family, friends, and employees from mixed personal/work profiles.
Reply to Messages is required. Mark-as-read is optional; profile, stories, gifts, Stars, and deletion are not needed.
Add public profile, services, prices, hours, and policies in the Mini App. Run the checklist before enabling.
New or selected customer chats only. Always exclude personal contacts.
Start with new non-contact chats. Add existing customers only after reviewing history and policies.
Selected chats only. Contracts, payment disputes, refunds, and custom pricing always go to a person.
Use the second account to verify every scenario:
A complaint, sensitive topic, unsupported file, customer request, or manual owner reply pauses only that customer chat. Other customers continue. Resume only after the human exchange is finished.
Danny can collect a request and hold a slot but never confirms autonomously. The owner approves or rejects it; approval creates a calendar appointment.
If Chat Automation is absent or Telegram incorrectly asks for Premium, update the mobile or desktop client first: the interface and availability changed over time.
